Firmware Updates
Tips for updating the firmware on your LIFX products
- The latest LIFX iOS and Android apps will automatically offer to upgrade your firmware when a new version is available.
- Just launch the LIFX app and make sure you are connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your lights, then follow the prompts to update your lights.
- Updates should take less than a minute per light. If you have many lights to update, try switching some lights off at the wall and updating them in smaller batches.
